Belvoir Dunstable recently held an information evening for our landlords and their friends to keep them informed on the changes recently announced that will affect their income from rental property in the coming years. ( Also announced yesterday was an increase in stamp Duty for Buy-to-Let properties). I feel that this is important information that all landlords should be made aware of and all agents should be making their landlords aware of these changes. I also believe that all landlords and property investors should speak to their accountant or financial advisor. Alternatively contact one of the speakers I had on the night whose contact details are below. On the evening I had 3 quest speakers who explained what these changes mean and ways of protecting your investments both now and for the future. The presenters were: Suzanne Spicer - Accountant at Spicer & Co Spicer & Co are a family run firm of Chartered Accountants in Dunstable providing a personalised service to local business owners and individuals with high quality personalised bookkeeping, management accounts, payrolls, compliance accounts and taxation services. Jon Ingarfill - St. James's Place Wealth Management St. James's Place is one of the UK's leading wealth management organisations and Jon will discuss issues such as:
